Rental Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We want you to have a great experience with your UTV rental in Branson MO.

** Because we run on a tight timeline for this activity please show up 30 minutes before your start time so we can review safety, waivers and familiarize you with your vehicle. If you arrive late (ex: pull into the park at 1:50 pm for a 2 pm rental) the time it takes to review waivers and safety will eat into your rental time.

**If you are scheduled on a guided tour please show up 30 minutes in advance of the start time (ex: arrive at 9:30 am for a 10:00 am tour) to review waivers and safety. Safety will start 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you do not attend safety then you will not be permitted on the tour.

**We are rain or shine and do not cancel for weather. We may adjust for weather but will continue. Please dress appropriately for weather and be aware it may be muddy or dusty.

**Drivers must wear close toed shoes.

**Goggles or eye protection is required for riding and are included in the rental price. Please let us know if anyone in your group has any medical conditions including pregnancy.

** There is a $1,000 per vehicle security deposit that will be taken upon your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded once the vehicles are returned and inspected for damages. If there are no damages to the vehicles, the deposit will be returned within 3 to 7 business days. Damage is rare and we have an extensive operation and safety briefing before the rental begins.

** These are high performance vehicles that require the driver’s full attention. Please understand that if we think you have consumed alcohol or are under the influence you will not be allowed to ride or drive and your payment will be forfeited.

** We reserve the right to cancel the rental at anytime for aggressive driving, abuse to the machine or if unsafe operations are seen.

** Groups of 6 or more rentals UTVS will require a guide for the first 20 minuets of the rental to ensure everyone is comfortable with operations of the UTVs and terrain.

** If you need to cancel your ride, please inform us 72 hours in advance or your payment will be forfeited.

** You must be 21+ & posses a Valid Drivers License. (anyone under 18 is able to ride as a passenger.)
